Still great by Mary W. at InsiderPages

M&I is still an old fashioned bank when it comes to service. I often feel like a number when I go into other banks, far too impersonal these days. So it is good to bank with M&I. You can still be special.

When dealing with this bank you will be made to feel as if you are the most important customer they have. It is in a great location and everyone that works there is very accommodating. It is small and personal the way banks used to be. They try to work and meet all of your banking needs. Even when I just drop off a deposit I'm greeted like they know and remember me.

The entire staff - Roger ( Mgr), Rafael, Jessica, Norman and Sarah are true cust service pros and good people too. Very efficient, helpful and make you v welcome. My best exp at WAMU in 26 months spanning both NY and CA.
