Office staff is a bunch of incompetent Stepford Wives, tried to sell me everything at first, recharge me for everything I DID buy and paid for already on second visit, offered a rebate coupon and then tried to take it back. The second rebate coupon offered on the third visit wasn't signed by the doc so would have been out $30 from the manufacturer had I not held onto the first coupon. Contact lens boxes weren't marked left or right - had to call back. Offered a discount coupon - $50 off %100 next purchase and when I asked if it was transferrable to someone else, gal said I could use it at another store. ???? At last visit I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge I was there, although one gal was fitting a customer 5 feet away - she never said a word, or went to get someone else to help me. When someone did show up and I asked if they were OPEN? She said they were short-handed - no apology. Short-minded, too. Poor customer service. Mass confusion.

I think the price was a little steep for what I received product-wise. Customer service was non-existent. Hope they enjoy their inflated prices this time around because I won't be going back there.
