SCAM, SCAM, SCAM

Paid 35.00 for 2-4 hour response, we called 7 hours later, guess what not 10% down, now 20%, impecable credit, AZ is declining state DAH!, what state isin't? none!!!!!!!!! They didn't have an answer......$35.00 lost again BEWARE!!!!!!!!!Let's see if this is on here tomorrow.......GOOD CREDIT SUCKS!!!!!!!(in their books) 2/22/2009

Terriffic

These people know their stuff. They were able to find us a great rate when we refinanced. They were fast and did all the leg work. We did not show up at closing to find out documents were missing. This was so refreshing.

Everyone at this branch is always very kind and ready to help. When something catastrophic occured they were there for me and make sure that all funds were returned to my account. I would recomend this branch to anyone looking for a new bank.

We have been renting a property from Provident Partners for over 5 months. We haven't had any problems with them and they have been quite prompt in sending out the handyman to complete repairs. They are good about returning phone calls and they also send out a monthly letter to the tenants with the current bill.
